We often register copyrights for our photography clients so that they can obtain attorneys fees and statutory damages for unauthorized use of their works. To further protect our photography clients' works from unauthorized use, the firms often drafts and negotiates employment and subcontractor agreements with specifically tailored work-for-hire, non-compete, and non-solicitation provisions that fit our clients' needs.
