Mr. Long specializes in corporate, intellectual property, and litigation matters. Mr. Sanders is a seasoned corporate and real estate attorney. Throughout his years of practice, he has accumulated a wide range of sophisticated legal skills in real estate matters, including: acquisitions and sales, lending and financing, leasing, portfolio structuring, co-op and condo board representation, and the New Market Tax Credit program. Mr. Sanders has also advised numerous clients regarding corporate matters, including: start-up structuring and finance; corporate governance; the negotiation and drafting of entertainment related transactions, such as literary option agreements; and the negotiation and drafting of general business contracts, ranging from employment to joint venture agreements.

Ms. Perez-Zarraga is of counsel to the firm. She engages in a broad, sophisticated trusts and estates practice representing moderate and high net worth individuals in connection with estate and tax planning, estate and trust administration, and estate-related litigation.
